The accusation against this 30-year-old nurse comes following an investigation into several deaths recorded at the neonatal unit of Chester County Hospital, south of Liverpool.
According to the Cheshire police, the facts range from June 2015 to June 2016, with investigations launched in May 2017.
During the investigation process, the nurse was arrested twice on suspicion of being linked to these crimes, but no charges were filed.
He was arrested again on Tuesday, now on formalized charges, and will be taken to court on Thursday, police officials said.
