His campaign team highlighted errors, shortcomings, illegality and incompetence in the run-off in states like Pennsylvania and Michigan, without providing any real evidence.
Pennsylvania counties received more than 2.6 million votes in the mail, and senior election officials and prosecutors did not report fraud.
