Seven people left without drinking at a party died in Russia after drinking hand sanitizer, reports MEDIAFAX.
The Sun writes that nine people went without a drink at a party in Tomtor, eastern Russia. The partygoers drank hand sanitizer and seven of them died and two are in a coma.

The first three victims were a 41-year-old woman and two men aged 27 and 59. Three other men died on Friday and another on Saturday.
“Everyone is believed to have drunk a methanol-containing hand sanitizer,” health officials said.
The case comes after three people died and another went blind after drinking hand sanitizer in the US state of New Mexico. Authorities at the time said that the victims were drinking methanol-containing hand sanitizer, the cases were related to alcoholism.
