(CNN) – So far, CNN hasn’t predicted a winner in six states across the country.
Right now, Joe Biden has 253 electoral votes and President Trump 213. Remember, it takes 270 votes to win the presidential election.
Here are the six states where CNN has yet to screen a winner and whose election votes are still up for grabs:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- North Carolina
- Georgia
- Nevada
- Pennsylvania
Votes are still being counted in several key US states and no winner has been determined in the presidential election.

All eyes on the Midwest: The election is far from ending with millions of votes pending in key states like Pennsylvania – ballots that were cast before election day have yet to be counted.
Pennsylvania counted 39% of the mail ballots it received, by state.
Ongoing count in Arizona and Georgia: Joe Biden appears to have made significant progress in Arizona, a state won by Trump in 2016.
Georgia appeared paralyzed when officials from Fulton County, which includes Atlanta and its populous suburbs, said they would resume counting at 8:00 ET.
President Trump tried to claim victory: Donald Trump has called for an end to legitimate vote counting that is underway across the country and has tried to deceive his loyal supporters by combining legitimate ballot counting with voting, as he falsely claimed that Democrats were trying “steal the choice.”
Biden has the leadership: The Democratic candidate has leadership in the constituency at this stage of the night, 220-213.
Remember: It takes 270 electoral votes to become president. Speaking to reporters, the former vice president urged them to “keep the faith, guys. We will win it.
