A Brazilian university professor was assaulted while teaching an accounting course through the Zoom platform, a method that has been implemented in many parts of the world while in prison due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Mário Cândido Santos, 51, was talking to the camera when the thugs appeared behind him. They covered his mouth and put a cloth over his head, asking him where the valuables were. Neither of them noticed that the video call was in progress.

A few minutes later, it was confirmed that five other subjects had been captured and the loot, which included money, watches, cell phones and car keys, was recovered.
During the background check, all pending accounts registered registered with the courts. Investigations also established that this gang had been doing their thing for a long time in a residential area of the city.
Overcoming the anguish, the teacher told local media that, although he had not seen himself in front of the camera, the thieves had also reduced his daughter, who is pregnant.
