An American nurse posted a photograph on her Twitter account showing the signs that the use of protective equipment leaves on the faces of healthcare workers. He worked for eight months in the covid-19 ward of a hospital in the state of Tennessee, in the United States.

Kathryn, 27, wanted to post a before and after photo of her face. In the Twitter post, you can see the differences between the photo when she completed her nursing course in April and the photo after a straight twelve-hour shift. You can see the shape of the mask on the cheekbones, as well as the red marks on the nose. “I had the image of graduation in my head. I wanted to show the difference a couple of months can make and the reality of being a nurse in the pandemic,” she reveals to the daily Metro.
