Juan Guaidó believes that the elections of this December 3 are “a fraud”
Juan Guaidó, the head of the opposition Parliament and recognized as president in office of Venezuela by more than 60 countries, is not a candidate in next Sunday’s legislative elections, which he denounces as “a fraud”, but is betting on a plebiscite with which he wants endorse an extension at the end of the current National Assembly and promote new sanctions against the government of Nicolás Maduro.
