The lower price of Ethereum may be good for new ETH blockchain developers to enter the ecosystem

During the month of November, the market lost an important part of its value after falling in the current year around 80%. Some virtual currencies such as Ethereum (ETH) have been severely damaged by this bear market. Ethereum is currently trading around $ 91 and has a market capitalization of $ 9.49 billion.

Some other virtual currencies have lost more than 95% of their price compared to historical highs between December 2017 and January 2018. However, not all virtual currencies are affected in the same way. Projects that are used as a network like Ethereum have not been designed for external payments.

The Ethereum network activity has remained relatively constant compared to its price. This means that although prices have fallen by around 50% in recent months, network activity remains high. In fact, the network is recording between 500,000 and 600,000 a day, according to Etherscan.

For example, XRP has also recorded a price reduction in recent months. But Ripple's Chief Cryptographer, David Schwartz, said the higher the price of XRP, the more payments Ripple can address.

At the same time, there are several advantages of the ether traded under $ 100. The network was completely congested and it was very costly for developers to create functions on the platform. At the beginning of this year, a transaction could be processed for $ 9, but now you can do it for less than a dollar.

However, there are some experts who have different opinions about it. For example, Mati Greenspan, senior analyst at eToro, said that a stable price of Ether would clearly be more beneficial for the entire network and space. The developers would be able to plan their projects and work knowing how much Ether will spend and when.

Because Ethereum increases as it was in January, some months have to pass and new developments should prove reliable in the real world.
