In the United States, Mahan Air is not allowed to fly for years
The airline concerned Mahan Air has been controversial for years. As the "Süddeutsche Zeitung" writes, since 2011 it is part of a list of US sanctions – and if it were dependent on the Washington government, it is unlikely that the line will fly into the United States' allied countries. So far, however, Mahan is still active in Germany: three times a week the airline flies to Düsseldorf, once a week in Munich.
The United States accuses the airline Mahan of close ties with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. Likewise, the United States claims that Mahan machinery ammo, weapons and fighters fly to Syria and therefore support the war there. The Iranian government therefore – as the "Süddeutsche Zeitung" of the US administration affirms – contributed to the "tremendous human suffering" in the country.
It is said that the Iranian intelligence service has planned homicides and attacks
The EU accuses the Iranian intelligence service of being behind several murders on European soil. Iran is said to be responsible, among other things, for the murder of two Iranians in the Netherlands, and has also planned attacks in, among others, in Denmark.
