The statue of Hugo Chávez Frías, the late president of Venezuela, in San Felix, Bolívar, was burned by protesters on Tuesday night.
The monument was built by the government in July 2018 to commemorate the birth of Hugo Chávez.
In several popular areas of the Republic of Venezuela took to the streets to show their dissatisfaction with the current situation in the country, so that the security agencies are trying to control the situation.
