On Monday, a cargo plane crashed near the Iranian capital Tehran while it was making an emergency landing.
The Iranian army claimed to have killed 15 of the 16 people on board. The plane will have fallen into a housing area.
"A Boeing 707 cargo plane could not land on the landing," local civil aviation spokesman Reza Jafarzadeh told local IRIB television.
The survivor, a flight engineer, was taken to the hospital.
Seven of the bodies have already been saved.
