How Russia organizes vaccinations
Stakeholders from these groups can use a website to schedule a vaccination appointment, up to two weeks in advance. Registration in one of the 70 clinics in Moscow where vaccination centers are located is required. “The opening hours range from 8:00 to 20:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. To register for the first vaccination, you just need to register electronically,” explains Rakowa.

Is Sputnik V used too soon?
According to the developer, the effectiveness is around 95 percent. Sputnik V should also be well tolerated and have almost no side effects. But critics warn that “Sputnik V” is being used too soon.
In all likelihood, the evaluation of the test results will only be available in January. Until then, there is no absolutely reliable information. And so the Russians’ willingness to vaccinate is initially low: according to various surveys, it is between 20 and 30 percent.
