Russian authorities have arrested an executive of the Aeroflot airline on suspicion of spying on behalf of Great Britain, Russian news agencies reported, quoted by Reuters.
According to news agencies Tass and RIA Novosti, the suspect arrested is Dmitri Fedotkin, a member of the management of the Aeroflot branch in London. The suspect denies the allegations, writes mediafax.ro.

According to sources of the commission of inquiry, the suspect sent secret information on the social and political situation in Russia to the British Foreign Intelligence Service (MI6).
Aeroflot announced that it has no information on this case.
The Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow announced that in this case there is a case of high treason.
