Tyrese Simmons tried to assassinate a rival singer with whom he indirectly launched himself through the songs.
The nineteen-year-old arrived in a building in Dallas, Texas, with the intention of hatching the other man, who did not want to leave and preferred to take refuge. Tyrese wanted to fulfill his task as he showed up and looked for another place to shoot inside the house.
The assassin looked for a place to shoot from and found it in another apartment. He saw a silhouette and activated the weapon believing that he was his enemy, but in reality it was little Brandoniya Bennett, seriously injured.
Both the police and the medical authorities arrived promptly and transferred the girl to the hospital, but the doctors failed to save her.
Tyrese Simmons will have to answer for first-degree manslaughter.
