On Monday in the Utah desert, scientists found a monolith about three meters high. It is not yet clear where the metal object came from. Now the specter is over again. According to authorities, on Friday evening the monolith was removed by unknown persons. Authorities stressed that they did not remove the column.
US authorities did not disclose the exact location of the column. But they did the math without the internet: it took less than two days for a user to post the exact location of the monolith on Reddit, and the first selfies with the column appeared.
After the discovery there were wild speculations as to what exactly the monolith was. One user writes, for example, that it is probably a leak from the Playstation 6, another assumes that it is a charging station for Tesla Cybertruck.
Researchers discovered the monlith while counting bighorn wells in the Utah desert. It is currently unclear how the metal structure entered the desert.
