In a press conference, Azerbaijan Vice President Hikmet Hacıyev provided information on the damage inflicted on civilians, infrastructure structures, state property and commercial organizations in the attacks launched by Armenia since September 27.

According to AA news, Hacıyev recalled that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decision to compensate for the damage inflicted on Azerbaijani civilians by Armenia: “Since September 27, the Armenian armed forces have fired 30,000 shells and more than 227 missiles at targets. They also used ballistic missiles and cluster bombs: targeting civilians is a feature of Armenia’s military doctrine ”.
“30 YEARS OF DESTRUCTION WILL BE ASSESSED”
Hacıyev said new homes will be given to citizens whose homes have been destroyed in the recent attacks and said: “The destruction in the occupied Azerbaijani territories following the Armenia attacks will be assessed separately over a 30-year period. the opportunity to enter those regions earlier and it was difficult to prove it on the basis of facts.
“THE UN WILL BE IN THE CALCULATION PROCESS”
Now those regions have been freed from occupation. In addition to national companies, international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank will also be included in the calculation process.
