The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces) has reinvented itself in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, in order to continue offering distance learning in knowledge and skills.
This was stated by the president of Inces, Wuikelman Paredes, who indicated that the institution has managed to adapt to the new normal through the use of technological tools such as social networks, “transforming communication spaces into training tools”, has said.
He stressed that this experience has led them to rethink how to study, so he announced that they plan to launch a virtual classroom next year to be able to work on training and training both remotely and in person if the protocols allow.

As part of vocational technical education and training as a fundamental engine to promote the country’s productive economic development, Inces will hold the international seminar on 16 and 17 November: vocational technical education and training in Latin America and the Caribbean, Paredes reported.
In this space there will be an exchange of experiences with other countries of Latin America and Africa, on “how we have approached distance technical education in our respective countries, understanding that this has a particularity that requires the practical part”, he said.
The participating nations for the African continent are Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and for Central America there will be Nicaragua, Belize, Granada, Saint Kitts and Nevis and Barbados. Likewise, it has the participation of multilateral organizations such as ECLAC, the United Nations Population Fund, the United Nations Education Council, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and UNESCO. .
Da Inces intends to establish ties and alliances with these countries to sign cooperation agreements on the exchange of experiences, in order to strengthen the distance learning plans and for the technical strengthening of the Institute teachers.
