He mentioned the historic nature of these elections, in which over 150 million voters voted.
“Now, after a night of counting the votes, it is clear that we are about to win enough states to reach the 270 electoral votes needed to run for president. I’m not here to say I won, I’m here to say that when the count will be finished, I think we’ll be the winners, ”Joe Biden said.
According to the latest CNN projections, Biden would have 253 of the 270 required electoral votes, while Donald Trump has 213. Final results have not yet been announced in six states: Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Pennsylvania. . Both candidates still have a chance to win.
