I appeal to the G20. Guterres warns of countries on the verge of ruin with the pandemic

The UN secretary general warns that there are several countries close to economic ruin due to the pandemic. Underdeveloped and developing states are in this condition. On the eve of the start of the G20 summit, António Guterres called on the most industrialized countries to support these economies.
