Hyperledger publishes "Ursa", an open source cryptographic box for Blockchain developers

Ursa, for those out of the loop, means "bear" in Latin. It is possible that the name was chosen because it was launched in the middle of one of the worst bear markets in the history of cryptography. Or, it's possible that it's just a coincidence.
she-bear it is written largely in the Rust programming language. It is expected that Ursa has interfaces also in the most widespread languages of Hyperledger.
