Donald Trump is spending time on the golf course again – for stats fans: it’s the first time since he’s in office.
The game doesn’t seem to have any calming effect on him.
The first appearance of the president of the United States in front of the press – 3 weeks after the election – made it clear:

The nerves are tense. Donald Trump had already indicated in said press conference that he would be ready to leave the White House if the Electoral College elects Joe Biden as president. But 24 hours later, his statement sounds like this:
“Biden can only move to the White House as president if he can prove he didn’t get his ridiculous 80 million votes fraudulently or illegally.”
However, Trump and his team cannot even begin proving the fraud allegations. Courts have filed more than 30 lawsuits, with the most recent defeat in Pennsylvania.
Trump leaves it open even if – as per tradition – he will attend the inauguration of his successor.

Trump is expected in Georgia this weekend. There he wants to help the Republican Senate candidate in the electoral campaign. On Twitter, Trump urged his followers not to give up now:
“The 2020 elections were a total hoax. But we have to help David and Kelly, otherwise we’ll play in the hands of pretty sick people. “
Trump previously called the Republican electoral officer an “enemy of the people” and thus incited his supporters against his own party. Now he obviously wants to smooth things out here. After all, the future majority in the US Senate will decide in the US state of Georgia.
After serving the Republican Party, the incumbent president will likely pick up where he left off last time: the golf course. Then for the three hundred second time during his tenure.
