According to the police, the attacker is a 27-year-old from Gdansk. He was quickly overwhelmed by security guards after his attack. According to media reports, the offender was sentenced to more than five years in prison for armed robberies in the past.
It is said that he suffered more and more in prison under mental problems. The perpetrator has been investigated for murder. At the same time a psychological examination was ordered.
