White House Chief Communications Officer Alyssa Farah has resigned. After three and a half years, he will leave the White House, Farah announced on Thursday. “I am deeply proud of the amazing things we have been able to achieve to make our country stronger and safer.”
The 31-year-old held various positions during Donald Trump’s tenure. She started as a press officer for Vice President Mike Pence and then moved to the Department of Defense as a spokesperson. In April, Farah returned to the White House and became head of communications – at the same time Kayleigh McEnany was named spokesperson.
