“Probably the oldest house in Germany”, Tobias Lachmann of Kensington Bremen real estate agency said, adding that the exact age of the construction is difficult to determine.
The price of the property was inspired by the land area of seven square meters, but also by the age of the current owner – 77 years old.
Lachmann said more than eighty potential buyers have expressed interest in buying the house, located in Bremen’s Schnoor district, where small colorful houses line the area’s narrow alleys.
