In England, the quarantine decision taken as part of the fight against Kovid-19 has begun to be implemented. All businesses that do not sell bars, restaurants and basic necessities have been closed in the capital London. On the first day of the limited curfew, it was observed that the streets of London were empty.
According to AA news reports, “Stay home. Protect national health services. Save lives.” According to the statement by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who made the call, the quarantine will continue until December 2.
As part of the quarantine, all retail shops, hairdressing salons and beauty centers, with the exception of markets and pharmacies where basic products are sold, have been closed.
It has been announced that closed bars and restaurants can only serve take-out. According to the rules, work from home as much as possible; people will only be able to leave their homes for certain reasons such as education, work, food and exercise.
Several family members will not be able to meet at home and only one person from another family will be able to meet outdoors.
Domestic and international travel will not be allowed outside of education and work, weddings will only be allowed if one of the couples has a life-threatening illness and the wedding ceremony will be limited to 6 people.
Unlike the first quarantine in March, schools and universities will continue to remain open.
