LIVE | Another 28 people have died and there are 3,299 other cases of covid-19 in Portugal

The number of coronavirus-associated deaths in Portugal has risen to 2,371, after a further 28 deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours. In the same period, 3,299 new infections were also confirmed, bringing the total number of infections recorded since the beginning of the pandemic to 124,432. The number of hospitalized patients continues to skyrocket, another 75 patients have been hospitalized.
