The internet is currently enjoying one (or at least several) metal monoliths that have appeared in rather unexpected places. This phenomenon has existed for a long time. We just haven’t seen it.

For reasons, metal monoliths are recently found in remote places. For example in the desert in the state of Utah.

Or in the north of Romania on a pasture.

And since it’s the year 2020, no one really wonders what that can mean. At least not quite intense. It is only suspected that behind this is sculptor John McCracken, who died in 2011, who told his son before he died that he intended to hide works of art from around the world.
