On Thursday, the Supreme Court of Nanterre dealt with a mixture of pornography, debt and patronage: a French pornographic production company sued the Saudi royal family for an unpaid bill of over 90,000 euros. This allegedly left the late Prince Saud al-Faisal in 2015.
It all started with a commission of Prince Saud, Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia for over 40 years and a cousin of King Salman: he instructed the company Atyla to shoot sex films according to his wishes. The attention should have been her Moroccan lover, who is having fun with a black porn actor known in France.
Scenes of slavery canceled
The orders were sent by a certain Antolin Dugenia, posing as an employee of the prince. In e-mails, however, the name of the Saudis is never mentioned, as reported by "Le Journal du Dimanche". The customer is called "the prince" or simply "him".
The instructions for the porn shots, however, were very precise: "He" wanted to capture his girlfriend while having sex with another man to be able to punish his unfaithful companion. But there should not be violence, which is why the slavery scenes of the original manuscript have been erased.
The daughter refuses the payment
Overall, the company Atyla has shot three sex films according to the taste of the Saudis. Cost: 50,000 euros. Moreover, it is said that Atyla organized live sex shows in the Prince's residence for 25,000 euros.
When Prince Faisal suddenly died of a heart attack on July 9, 2015, French porn producers put unpaid bills to the children of the deceased. But they simply refused to pay the open amount. Daughter Lana Saud al-Faisal, who runs a real estate company in Paris, also accused Atyla of cheating.
5000 euros for «damage to the image»
In the end, Atyla arrived in court in 2017 and was not exceptional. The e-mails, which had gone back and forth between the prince's intermediary and the company, were not sufficient in the eyes of the judges as evidence, especially since the name of Prince Faisal never appears in it. Furthermore, there is no contract between the parties involved, which is why it is not possible to claim payment claims against survivors.
As reported by "The Express", the court of Nanterre not only rejected the request of the production company – ordered Atyla to pay 5,000 euros as compensation for the "damage of the image" suffered by the family Saudi royal. This had claimed that the money demands were an "attack on the dignity and the honor" of Prince Faisal.
Was this the last chapter of this story? Probably not. The production company Atyla has threatened to publicize Prince Faisal's sex films a few months ago, if she loses the case.
