The city of Criciuma in southern Brazil was the scene of a movie-like bank robbery.
About 30 thieves carrying automatic weapons surrounded the city during the bank robbery. Brazilian media reported that the robbery took place on Monday at midnight.

The thieves kept the entry points of the city with a population of 220 thousand inhabitants and prevented the support teams from the surrounding areas.

Two people were injured during the robbery, while thousands of Brazilian reals were scattered on the streets during the clash.
Although it has not yet been possible to catch the thieves, it was announced that at least four people who collected money on the street have been arrested.

Although no explanation was given about the amount stolen from the bank, the vehicles used in the robbery were found abandoned in the nearby town.
