The platform ethereum will successfully solve its current structural challenge? Using ClearPoll to learn more
The Ethereum platform is facing interesting times as it aims to solve a series of existential challenges that could potentially make or destroy its future use and adoption or not. We are in a very short time with the emergence of many new cryptographic currencies, and it is likely that we will look back in 2019 and beyond and recognize that this was a period of intense format wars, the VHS vs Beta battles of our time. This could be in one to three years, but in the same way it could also be in the next three to six months, such is the rapidly evolving nature of the world based on cryptography and blockchain. Breathing heavily on Ethereum's shoulder there are EOS, NEO and many other technologies that claim to offer better, faster and superior solutions. On the other hand the defenders of Ethereum are opposed to the fact that their technology is older (a venerable four years, almost a lifetime in the cryptographic world these days) and has survived to more and more pains and offers a more robust solution . The truth, however, is that nobody is really safe, and the developers of Ethereum are frantically struggling to solve urgent fork problems, GAS expenses and other items that could potentially see the value of ether plunge (or climb) depending on their ability to solve these questions and quickly reach an agreement.
