Nova Scotia Health Public Health is reporting potential exposure to COVID-19 in various locations in Halifax. Public Health is currently contacting all businesses listed below.

Anyone who has visited the following locations on the specified date and time must visit the covid-self-assessment immediately.novascotia.ca/ to book a COVID-19 test, regardless of whether or not they have COVID-19 symptoms. People who book tests because they are at a site of potential COVID-19 exposure are required to self-isolate before the test and await the test results. You can also call 811 if you don’t have online access or if you have other symptoms that concern you.

  • Oxford Taproom (6418 Quinpool Rd, Halifax) November 17 between 12 noon and 3:30 pm Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including 1 December.
  • Bearly’s House of Blues & Ribs (1269 Barrington Street, Halifax) November 19 between 9:00 PM and 12:30 PM Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December. 3.
  • The Auction House (1726 Argyle St, Halifax) November 19 from 4 to 6 pm It is expected that anyone who has been exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated may develop symptoms up to and including December 3.
  • * Correct time * Mary’s African Cuisine (1701 Barrington St, Halifax) November 19 between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm It is expected that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated could develop symptoms up to and including December 3. .
  • ROGUE Fitness (6331 Lady Hammonds Rd, Halifax) November 19th between 6:45 pm and 9:00 pm Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 3rd. .
  • RIO Pilates & Yoga Studio (2470 Maynard St, Halifax) November 19th between 6:45 am and 9:00 am and November 20th between 6:45 am and 9:00 am. Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the indicated date is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 4th.
  • Uncommon Grounds (1030 South Park St, Halifax) November 20 between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December. 4.
  • The Roxbury Urban Dive Bar (1743 Grafton St, Halifax) on November 20 between 9.30pm and 1am It is expected that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated may develop symptoms up to and including December 4.
  • The Midtown Tavern and Lounge (1744 Grafton Street, Halifax) on November 20. Between 8.45pm and 12.30pm Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 4.
  • The Split Crow Pub (1855 Granville Street, Halifax) November 20 between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm It is expected that anyone who has been exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated may develop symptoms until, Dec. 4.
  • Mary’s Place Café II (5982 Spring Garden Rd, Halifax) on November 20 between 11:30 and 13:30 Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 4.
  • Chop Steakhouse & Bar – Sutton Place Hotel (1680 Grafton St, Halifax) November 20 between 8:30 pm and midnight It is expected that anyone exposed to the virus in this location on the date indicated may develop symptoms up to and including , December 4.
  • Tony’s Famous Donair & Pizza (2390 Robie St, Halifax) November 21 between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm It is expected that anyone who has been exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated could develop symptoms up to and including December. 5.
  • * Correct date * Sea Smoke Restaurant and Bar (1477 Lower Water St, Halifax) November 21 from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 5th.
  • * Correct dates * Hermitage Restaurant (1460 Lower Water St, Halifax) anytime between November 18 and November 21. Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the dates indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 5. .
  • Dauphinee Center, Saint Mary’s University (934 Tower Road, Halifax) anytime between November 18 and November 22. Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the dates indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 6.
  • The Stubborn Goat Gastropub (1579 Grafton St, Halifax) November 22 between 12:30 and 14:30 Anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the date indicated is expected to develop symptoms up to and including December 6.

Please keep in mind:

  • Don’t go directly to a COVID-19 assessment center without being directed to do so.

Currently, anyone traveling to Nova Scotia outside the Atlantic provinces should isolate themselves for 14 days after arrival. If a person traveling for non-essential reasons enters Nova Scotia from a country outside Atlantic Canada, everyone in the home to which they are isolating will also have to self-isolate.
