Three restaurants identified as possible COVID-19 exposure points

Three restaurants across Windsor-Essex have been identified as possible COVID-19 exposure points.

According to the local health unit, Applebee’s customers on Huron Church Rd. In Windsor and Tabouli from Eddy’s on Lesperance Rd. In Tecumseh may have been exposed to the virus on multiple occasions between November 17 and 22.

Below you can find the complete list of dates and times:

Applebee’s on Huron Church Rd.
– November 19 – from 11:30 to 17:00
– 21 November: from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
– November 22: from 11:30 to 16:00

Eddy’s Tabouli on Lesperance Rd.
– November 17: from 2pm to 10pm
– November 21: from 17:00 to 22:00
– November 22: from 2pm to 7pm

Additionally, the McDonald’s restaurant on Talbot St. W in Leamington released a statement that an employee tested positive for the virus: the employee last worked on November 21 from 8:00 to 11:00.

The health unit is asking residents who have visited these facilities on the dates in question to monitor themselves for symptoms of COVID-19 and if they begin to feel unwell contact their doctor.
