The National Center for Health Information released the statistics for Friday.
Last day, they tested 9,892 samples in laboratories, confirming 1,526 new cases of the coronavirus. 27 people died from Covid-19, but 2,809 people were treated. The number of hospitalized patients is 1,679, of which 122 also require pulmonary ventilation.

The Minister of Health announced that he would slightly tighten the rules for coming to Slovakia. Pendlers, students or staff working abroad who have so far been covered by the exemption should be added as of 7 December the obligation to prove with a negative antigen test to a new coronavirus that shouldn’t be older than two weeks.
