The price of Ethereum (ETH / USD) recovered the $ 90 mark on Wednesday thanks to a strong morning session that saw most of the major digital currencies record solid gains.
The third largest digital currency on the market had some success on Tuesday, with its price rising to an intraday high of $ 92.78 in the morning session. However, like many of its crypto-competitors, the currency has experienced much more difficult trading conditions in the afternoon session, during which its price has fallen to a minimum of three days of $ 87.69. While ETH made an attempt to recapture the $ 90 mark in late trading, it eventually ended the session at $ 88.95. This was well below the Ethereum opening level of $ 91.58.
The performance of the currency improved significantly in today's session, benefiting from an uptrend that has affected the broader market of digital currencies. Ethereum has enjoyed steady progress in the morning session that brought the currency to hit an intraday high of $ 91.67. ETH has slowed slightly in subsequent trades and is currently around $ 91, according to data from the Coinmarketcap digital tracker.
In other news related to Ethereum, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has published an "Input Request" (RFI), looking for information on public feedback on the Ethereum network and its native token.

In today's trading, the price of Ethereum was $ 90.96, at 2.555 GMT. The digital currency has gained almost 3% in the last 24 hours.
