HSBC, which has established itself as a key player in blockchain banking, has made a number of new hires in its Digital Retail and Wealth Management team (RBWM).

Jesper With-Fogstrup is the new Global Head of Digital as a Channel. He previously worked at ComparetheMarket.com, where he was Chief Operating Officer and also held a number of management positions in the online travel industry.

Kate Simon has joined the Global Head of Commercialization. He joins the Walt Disney Company, where he has global responsibility for the growth strategies and business performance of "DisneyLife".

Phil Fearnley was announced as responsible for strategic and organizational development, responsible for training and integrating the digital agenda through the bank. Previous roles include Digital Director for the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation), where he directed the development of the original BBC iPlayer and the launch of a range of mobile apps for BBC News, BBC Sport, BBC Weather and CBBC.
