Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and Prime Minister of the UAE government, congratulated President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on the victory of the Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala Al-Saeed as the best minister of the Arab world.
Bin Rashid said, through his official account on the social networking site “Twitter” on Wednesday, that government development under President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi is making great strides.
He added: “About a year ago, we launched an Arab Government Excellence Award in partnership with the League of Arab States … and we received 5,000 government entries, during which we searched for the best Arab minister, the best ministry, the best governor and others … and we have excluded the UAE from participating in neutrality, and today we announce the results. “
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid also congratulated the Keeper of the Two Holy Mosques and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for winning the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom as the best ministry in the Arab world among more than 5,000 Arab government holdings.
He pointed out that Prince Mohammed’s 2030 vision has produced unprecedented Arab government experiences that rival the world.
