This developer toolkit is designed to allow programmers to build transactional applications based on blockchain.
It is blockchain -agnostic – probably a good thing only now since the future of the blockchain is many specially assigned vertical blockchains (and indeed private ones) rather than a central monolith.
Chain on-chain, off chain
Some blockchain functions developed to be blockchain in chain (such as those related to decentralized data reading and writing) and some features of blockchain developer will be off-chain blockchain as features and services required for develop, package and run decentralized enterprise-class applications.

According to Emmanuel Thiriez, co-founder of Amalto and Platform 6, Platform 6 includes: all the features and services needed to create enterprise-class applications: users and permissions, organizational structure, workflows, data transformation, integration of system, user interface and API.
This technology also includes native integration with key blockchain frameworks including Ethereum, Hyperledger, Fabric Quorum, Qtum Neo, R3 Corda.
