The chief technology officer of EOS developer Block.one says he is planning to create a new cryptocurrency.
On Telegram, Daniel Larimer said the new currency will be "immutable, non-programmable and limited to a currency role." Larimer has a long history in the world of cryptography and is the co-founder of the blockchain cryptographic network Steemit as well as the creator of DAO BitShares.
It is not yet known if Larimer will continue with his current role in Block.one.
Litecoin, Zilliqa, NKN, Horizen, BitShares
Binance has rewarded five other blockchain projects with his "gold label".
The label is designed to highlight cryptographic platforms that keep their communities informed and updated on the latest developments.
