The Brazilian Avaí Football Club has announced that it will launch its digital currency.
The club revealed the news in a press release stating that it will launch an initial currency (ICO) to sell the token and raise funds. In order to develop cryptocurrency, the club has partnered with SportyCo and Blackbridge Sports.
SportyCo is a community focused on sport and seems like a good idea for the project. Similarly, Blackbridge Sports, as a football investment platform, is well suited to the fundraising scheme. Avaí FC, together with the two partners, aims to raise a total of $ 20 million dollars in ICO.
