And he decided to adopt the Arab and Islamic voluntary intervention mechanism to implement the strategic development plan for Jerusalem 2018-20200 through coordination and communication with the State of Palestine.

The resolution strongly condemns Israeli plans and policies aimed at weakening the Palestinian economy and depriving the Palestinian people of their inalienable right to development, including colonial colonial expansion policies, in various occupations of the entire occupied Palestinian land since 1967, including East Jerusalem, its geographical contiguity and its exploitation of its natural resources, which slows down rates of economic growth and exacerbates the economic and social crisis there.

Regarding the draft resolution "The challenges faced by UNRWA and its implications for the countries hosting Palestinian refugees", the Summit affirmed the right of return and compensation for Palestinian refugees and their descendants in accordance with the Relevant resolutions of international legitimacy, in particular Resolution 194/1948 of the General Assembly, as well as the mandate given to the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees "UNRWA" in accordance with the resolution established by the United Nations General Assembly n. 302 of 1949, and not to prejudice its mandates or responsibilities and not to change or transfer responsibilities to the other, in addition to the need for the Agency to continue to assume its responsibilities in providing services to Palestinian refugees at the same time. internal and external fields in all areas of its operations, including occupied Jerusalem, until the Palestinian refugees are resolved in a fair and complete manner in accordance with Resolution 194 and the Peace Initiative arab of 2002.

The summit said it rejected any attempt or decision to end or lessen the role and mandate of UNRWA from any country and invites the international community to commit to the mandate of the Agency and to ensure resources and financial contributions needed for your budgets and activities.

Regarding support for Somalia in its efforts to implement the Somali Development Plan and its exemption from external debt, the Summit underlined the importance of implementing resolutions from previous ordinary Arab summits 2015, 2017 and 2018 on the provision of urgent financial support of $ 10 million a month for a year through the Somalia Trust Fund currently open for General Security to support the Somali government's budget so that it can establish and manage its institutions and implement the its programs on security and stability, combating corruption and violence and providing important and necessary services.

The summit called on Member States to forgive Somalia's debts to support its economy and allow it to benefit from the highly indebted poor debt initiative and to thank Algeria and Arabia Saudi Arabia for exempting Somalia from its debt.

Regarding the Arab strategic framework for the elimination of multidimensional poverty 2020/2030, the summit adopted the Arab Strategic Framework for the Elimination of Multidimensional Poverty 2020/2030 as a framework that strengthens the Arab efforts to achieve sustainable development in the Arab region.

The summit adopted the document of the family action platform in the Arab region in the framework of the implementation of the 2030 sustainable development goals as a family development agenda in the Arab region and the call of the Arab countries to coordinate the implementation of this platform.

The Summit also agreed to take the initiative of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States entitled "Pink Portfolio" as a regional initiative for women's health in the Arab region and to entrust the Secretariat in coordination with the Member States for the 39, activation of this initiative at national level in cooperation with specialized ministerial councils.

واعتمدت القمة التوصيات الصادرة عن دراسة "عمل الأطفال فى المنطقة العربية", كوثيقة استرشادية لدعم جهود الدول العربية للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة.

وأكدت القمة أهمية الارتقاء بالتعليم الفنى والمهنى فى الوطن العربى, وكلفت القمة الأمانة العامة لعقد اجتماع للخبراء المعنيين بالتعليم الفنى والمهنى بالدول العربية بالتنسيق مع المنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم ومشاركة الجهات المعنية بهذا الشأن, وذلك لوضع إطار خطة شاملة للتعليم الفنى والمهنى تتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل .

ووافقت القمة على برنامج إدماج النساء والفتيات فى مسيرة التنمية بالمجتمعات المحلية, وكلفت القمة منظمة المراة العربية بالتعاون مع الأمانة العامه تنفيذ هذا البرنامج.

ورحبت القمة باستضافة لبنان للدورة الرابعة عشر للالعاب الرياضية العربية 2021, ودعوة الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم الدعم الطوعى للبنان لتنظيم هذه الدورة فى أفضل الظروف وأيسرها.

كما رحبت القمة بدعوة الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية باستضافة الدورة الخامسة للقمة العربية التنموية: الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المقرر انعقادها عام 2023, وتكليف الأمانه العامة بالتنسيق مع الدول المضيفة للقمة للإعداد والتحضير لأعمال هذه القمة.
