Good news for anyone who appreciates affordable, fun-to-drive, and well-made compact motor vehicles: Honda is coming out with an all-new Civic for model year 2022, and the company has set a date for its debut. The 2022 Honda Civic prototype will be revealed live on Twitch, of all locations, next Tuesday, November 17 at 9:45 pm ET.
Honda says it will mark the very first live car debut on the game streaming platform and will be hosted on its Twitch Head2Head channel, the only car-brand Twitch channel, apparently. Because if a carmaker had their own Twitch channel, it would definitely be Honda.
Anyway, to whet our collective appetites ahead of the big reveal, Honda has released a teaser video of what to expect from the 11th generation Civic prototype. Not that surprisingly, the sedan we see here lines up with the patent images uncovered of this car in September.
