He said that "Lebanon has managed to get through Sidr 11 billion dollars to develop its infrastructure and has started the process of exploring oil and gas preparations to start explorations on the ground," inviting the Arab partners to enter as active partners in the implementation of projects in collaboration with the Lebanese, Lebanon approved the law on public-private partnership.
