Last year, Synchronoss and TBCASoft successfully completed a concept-proof payment service designed to allow users to make a series of in-store, mobile and digital purchases directly from their devices using the secure communication platform multi-channel Synchronoss. The Synchronoss platform provides payments via SMS, e-mail and advanced communication services (RCS) using TBCASoft's cross-carrier blockchain payment platform.

TBCASoft is also the head of the Carrier Blockchain Study Group (CBSG), a global consortium of telecommunications operators, which is gaining momentum because of its unique vision and the cross-carrier blockchain platform that does not rely on cryptocurrencies. The Cross-Carrier Payment Service (CCPS) foundation application framework facilitates global mobile payment services between CBSG carriers. Synchronoss, a provider of core applications, plans to use distribution accounting technology to remove brokers that are typically found in other payment ecosystems to create improved services.
