Steptoe & Johnson LLP has announced that Will Turner has joined the Chicago office as a partner. Turner has over two decades of experience in corporate and securities law, mainly with the application of cryptocurrency, fund formation, investment operations and mergers and acquisitions.

He will reside in the Corporate Group of the company and will also work in the practice Blockchain and Criptovaluta.

Turner also deals with issues related to capitalization, project finance, restructuring and joint ventures. He has a good knowledge of securities offers, of the work of the 40 and of corporate governance. In addition, Turner advises clients on commercial distribution, sales, technology and financial services agreements.

Turner is a member of the board of directors of the Swiss American Business Council. He is also a member of the commercial law section of the American Bar Association. He holds the B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University, where he was the publisher of articles for the Revision of the law.
