The program also hosted Dr. Iman Al-Husseini, the author of the first cookbook in the Arab world for the blind, who said he wanted to provide something to serve the community and determined people, adding that he had two hobbies of writing and a love of cooking, and brought the two together in this work.

She continued, that the idea came to her at a traffic light in Spain when there were birds chirping when the blind went by, so she thought of offering something for determined people, to print the book in Braille and contain tools for the conservation and safety with the use of the four senses of the blind without the sense of sight.

“The Best Food” is screened from two to three in the afternoon, from Saturday to Wednesday. On Saturdays, fish is offered and Sundays are popular dishes, Monday is diet and children, and Tuesday is snack time, and Wednesdays are spectator competition.
