Chef Alaa El-Sherbiny also praised the food provided by Noura and Hiba, such as broccoli with Ain El-Gamal.

The program also hosted Dr. Iman Al-Husseini, the author of the first cookbook in the Arab world for the blind.

She continued, that the idea came to her at a traffic light in Spain when there were birds chirping as the blind passed, so she thought of offering something for determined people, to print the book in Braille and contain tools for preservation and safety with the use of the four senses of the blind without the sense of sight.

“The Best Food” is screened from two to three in the afternoon, from Saturday to Wednesday. Fish is offered on Saturdays, popular dishes on Sundays, Monday is diet and children, Tuesday is a snack and Wednesday is a competition between spectators.
