Cameroon: the separatists have started the ICO for the national cryptocurrency
Cameroonian separatists from the English-speaking parts of Cameroon started their ICO. The name of their token Amba Coin derives from Ambazonia, the self-appointed name for the country in which the separatists are fighting. The token is based on the ERC-20 standard. Ambassadors sell their tokens for $ 0.25. The separatists are currently in armed conflict with Cameroon.

Vermont examining Blockchain technology
T.J. Donovan, the state attorney in Vermont, said the working group will begin its studies at the start of next year. The working group will include four state agencies, including the Secretary of State, the Office of the Attorney General, the Agency for Trade and Development of the Community and the Department for Financial Regulation.
