According to the eToro and Mumsnet survey, 42% of mothers have already invested or would like to invest in cryptocurrency. Ripple (XRP) is the most popular compared to Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Stellar (XLM) are the least popular while Ethereum (ETH) has moderate female investors.

Trading platform, discussion forum on eToro and Patenting, Mumsnet has conducted a survey of over 1000 mothers on their views on investments in cryptocurrency.

According to the report, 47% of mothers do not know much about investments, while 55% of mothers prefer to control their finances and investments.

74% of women said they invested in long-term returns and did not favor short-term gains. Only 25% of women generate short-term returns. 71% of mothers want to save investments or returns for their children's final destiny while 42% generate money on the side.

The report clearly shows that these ladies prefer to keep their assets until they get considerable returns so that they can save them for education, careers or their children's family.

The most surprising part is that 80% of women know what cryptocurrency is and 43% of them have already invested or would like to think about it later.

The data also speak of the biggest obstacles that prevent women from investing. These barriers are – they have no investment knowledge, busy schedule, lack of trust and do not know where to get advice.

According to data, 65% of women have no investment knowledge. It means that they do not know exactly what it means to invest.

56% of women have a lack of trust: they are not sure whether they have to invest or not, it will be useful or not.

51% of mothers do not know where it is possible to get the correct advice as in which encrypted resource or actions they should invest, how much time they should invest etc.

33% of mothers do not take time from their daily schedule to think about the investment.

UK CEO at eToro, Iqbal V. Gandham said:

"This research suggests that in many cases women want to invest but do not know where to start.This should no longer be the case.Technology has transformed the investment world from a small, opaque club into a community that anyone can tap into. it should be for the benefit of potential female investors ".

EToro's statistics show that 90% of the women enrolled in the eToro platform have invested in cryptographic resources. In the same way he discovers that the best cryptographic resources chosen by women were:

Ripple (XRP) is 56%

Bitcoin (BTC) is 15%

Ethereum (ETH) is 10%

Litecoin (LTC) is 6% e

Stellar (XLM) is 3%
