Ripple suffered a tear, moving Ethereum for the first time as a second cryptography for a while and now strengthening the scalability of the network.

Ripple on its website boasts a throughput capacity of 50,000 transactions per second, reflecting a more scalable network than its peers. This transaction speed is significantly faster than that of Bitcoin, TRON or Ethereum networks, reports suggest.

For example, Bitcoin currently has capacity for seven TPSs while the Ethereum network processes an average of 20 transactions per second. The TRON Foundation has recently reported a throughput of 2,000 transactions per second under optimal conditions.

Scalability technology

Meanwhile, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said additional scalability solutions will help boost transaction throughput to 1 million transactions per second and possibly even 100 million TPS. Scalability solutions like Plasma and sharding are present in the Ethereum roadmap for the coming months and until 2019. More recently, Buterin referred to another technology, ZK-SNARK, used by Zcash private currency, to strengthen the scalability of Ethereum at around "50,000 tx / sec", saying:

"We can actually scale asset transfer transactions on Ethereum by a huge amount, without using Layers 2 that introduce liveness assumptions (eg channels, plasma), using ZK-SNARKs for mass validation transactions."

Meanwhile, the XRP price rose more than 47% in the last seven days to $ 0.52, largely due to the announcement of Coinbase on the listing process, which led investors to speculate on the XRP listing . However, there is no evidence that this will happen soon.
