Reatia is a Portuguese platform that uses artificial intelligence and neurolinguistic programming to aggregate information on properties available on the market. The project is attracting international attention and the company has just completed a million euro investment round led by Olisipo Way, Portugal Ventures and Wisenext.

The investment will enable the consolidation of its operations in Portugal as well as expansion into other European markets. In a statement, Reatia indicates that, by the end of the first quarter of 2021, it plans to strengthen the development, sales and support teams in the country with another twenty employees. The team is expected to reach 50 workers by the end of next year.

Through the platform developed by Reatia, real estate agents can have access to metrics and information updated daily on the real estate market. The technology promises to help agents save more than two hours of work per day, enabling them to identify duplicate properties more effectively and quickly and increasing the potential for business scalability.

Since January 2020, Reatia has seen growth of more than 500% in the number of users, including agents of the leading real estate brands and family businesses in the sector.

“We know we have unique knowledge of the market and we know how to treat data with artificial intelligence, hence the great growth we have had since our launch,” explains Hugo Venâncio, founder and CEO of Reatia.

The official also notes that, during the period of imprisonment, the company took advantage of the large influx of new users and continued to develop new tools, such as the Property Valuation Pro, which allows real estate valuation simulations.

This year, Hugo Venâncio distinguished himself as one of the ten finalists of the João Vasconcelos Award – Entrepreneur of the Year 2020, from Startup Lisboa. Reatia received its first investment again in 2018 for the development of its technology and has established itself as a financially sustainable company since its first year of activity.
